The news follows an earlier report from North Korean state media which showed factory producing light-aircraft based on the An-2 light utility biplane,
originally designed by Ukrainian (formerly Soviet) aerospace company Antonov,
and a plane very similar to the US-made Cessna 172 Skyhawk.
