If I remember correctly, this proces closely resembles the one for the THK's 100th anniversary in 2011, and that ended pretty well for everybody. So, have some patience, things might still turn for the better

I don't think it is so difficult to make. There is software to generate that sort of file for you. Sending out is pressing a button....

AFAIK no one has received a 'NO' from Ankara/The Embassy, so you not receiving/seeing your 'YES' so far is probably just a glitch in the system.

No word about that in the official mail from HQ or on the website...
That depends on whether or not more than 200 people have been invited.
FYI
Reply from the PAO today regarding the locations during the AE spotterdays. My question was if they will do like NTM2015 or ike AE2014:
We plan to have a balanced approach between the two; that is, it will start like Tiger Meet, but we will have the opputunity to move to the other side of the runway.

Wow, sounds promising. .... opputunity to move to the other side of the runway
Just wondering which runway they mean as Konya has two north-south runways next to each other? I hope ofcourse we can stand close to the active runway so nice actionshots can be made.
With the spotters days fast approaching do we know the full list of aircraft types participating? I did see Qatar on the list at some stage but looks like they're observers now, unfortunately.
