Hello,

the follwowing were seen today (03.06.2015) at Lask:

F-16C 4065; 4068; 4070; 4072; 4075
F-16D 4087 all no marks (10.elt)

F-16C: 90-0813; 90-0827; 90-0829 "52.OG"; 92-3918; 96-0083
F-16D: 91-0481 all "SP" red 480.FS/52.FW
All were active except 827 & 481. I'm only 99% sure of these two, there was a lot of heathaze.

F-16C: 91-0393; 92-3916; 92-3922; 93-0531; 93-0545; 93-0549 "169.FW"
all with a large darkblue stripe and "South Carolina" in it.
All were active and except 393 & 549 all are in the new darkgrey colours with lightgrey markings.
From a radiolog, 92-3889 should also be here and if anyone knows the eighth F-16.....

All USAF aircraft are on the eastern ramp, with the Spangdahlem ones easy to see while the SC ANG are on the northern edge of this ramp.
This area is concealed by trees and only two were visible.

Any corrections, additions are welcome.

I saw "545" and confused it with the known "535" .

sorry, totally overread it.
If there is westerly wind (RWY28) park here:
51.544210, 19.211330 and take your pictures from here:
51.543561, 19.210759 where you need about 400 mm analog.
The trees obstruct the approach a little bit but only from the front, sideshots are great.
The initial has a left hand break.
If there is easterly wind (RWY10) park here:
51.552024, 19.150509 walk along between the fields and take your pictures around here:
51.555147, 19.149928 where you need about 400 mm (or less if you walk closer into the approach).
The initial has a right hand break. If you stay further to the east, you might get them still turning to the base, but I never tried it.
I have also taken pictures from here:
51.555347, 19.152216 but then only during take off of RWY28, the planes were high enough, during landing the trees are disturbing.

Don't shoot into the base (which is against the law afaIk and here it doesn't make any sense at all), stay away from the fence and you should be ok.
I had visits by the security but was never send away (here). They only wanted to know who was there.
You will see often Polish people showing up, some stay a few minutes, some stay longer.
They often shoot into the base, but they have usually small equipment - I never challenged my luck with better equipment.
Based 10.elt is usually flying with at least with four F-16s, often six. With two waves, there might be one/two changes.
Be aware that the Polish Air Force does a lot of night flying, then there is a wave in the afternoon/evening and the other in the night.
Lask has also sometimes visits from Poznan and the M.28 from Powidz - both landing and doing low approaches.

8/27/2015 - MADISON, Wis. -- Airmen from the 115th Fighter Wing in Madison, Wisconsin, deployed Thursday, August 27 in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve at Łask Air Base, Poland.

The 115th Fighter Wing is participating in bilateral training with the Polish Air Force during Air Force Aviation Detachment rotation 15-4. During the deployment, a contingent of F-16s and more than 100 Airmen will conduct training and focus on maintaining joint readiness while building interoperability capabilities with NATO allies.

"The deployment gives our pilots and support personnel the opportunity to integrate with other USAF assets as well as train alongside the Polish Air Force," said Col. Jeffrey Wiegand, 115th Fighter Wing commander. "Our continuing contributions to develop and improve air readiness are significant in maintaining security and building a partnership with Poland."

The early morning departure is required to ensure the pilots land during daylight hours at an unfamiliar airfield. Pilots will follow flight paths designed to minimize noise to area residents.

Tough luck that Europe is 'expanding'... In the past such deployments would have taken place in Germany, The Netherlands or the U.K.........

The latest news I know is that they were on Rhein Radar on their way to Polen:

exercise Aviation Detachment Rotation 15-4 tempted us to a visit on 10.09.2015 and the following were seen on Thursday:

F-16C: 4066; 4069; 4071; 4075
F-16D: 4085 all no bagde (10.elt / 2.SLT)

F-16C: 87-0258; 87-0318; 87-0343; 87-0349 all 176.FS/115.FW Wisconsin ANG new markings
F-16C: 87-0234 "176.FS"; 87-0260; 87-0275; 87-0298 all "WI" 176.FS/115.FW Wisconsin ANG old markings.
The "old" markings consist of the "WI" code with a red finband, outlined in white, containing "Wisconsin" in white.
The new markings keep the red/white stripe, but instead of the tailcode, there is a badger "jumping" out of the tail, all in grey colours.

F-16C: 90-0827; 90-0833; 91-0343; 91-0360; 91-0418 all "SP" 480.FS/52.FW
91-0416 should also be here (was seen leaving Spangdalem AB on 31.08.2015), but we didn't saw it on Thursday.

Visitor was UH-1D 73+28 of TrspHubschrRgt 30.

All USAF aircraft are on the eastern ramp, with the Wisconsin ANG ones easy to see while the Spangdahlem Falcons are on the northern edge of this ramp.
This area is concealed by trees and only one was readable.
