Extremely interesting visitor that has been here three times now in a few weeks, last time I was finally able to get it... in the middle of the night (25/9):

An Italian KC-767 will come to Lisbon on the 19th of October. It will arrive from Trapani at 17.30 and leave again to Brussels at 19.30. This aircraft is doing a roundtrip with VIPs for the kickoff of Trident Juncture.
Also on the 19th a two day NATO conference will start with approximately 300 industry, military and government leaders, which may bring additional VIP traffic (although I have no specific info besides the KC-767).

And another expectation regarding Trident Juncture. On the 5th of November there will be an amphibious assault demonstration near Troia for VIPs. Most of these will be brought in on the evening of the 4th and leave on the evening of the 5th. Transport will be a chartered commercial plane (A320 I reckon). More interesting, on the 5th some of the guests will be flown from HMS Ocean back to Lisbon Airport by helicopter. Most likely to be a RN Merlin, or perhaps a Portuguese AF EH.101. ETA at Lisbon will be between 15.00 and 16.00LT.

The transport from HMS Ocean to Lisbon indeed took place, but not with a Merlin....
