C-17 leaving Ramstein August 14th

I saw a C-17A flying over Gerolstein heading west around 11.30 on Friday 14th. It seemed to be coming from Ramstein. Anyone for the serial?

Only one C17 was mode-s logged by a Spangdahlem groundstation around your given time (and again later over Holland), so this must be the one you saw:
RCH865 C-17A 10-0216 62 AW

When I was driving near Ramstein around 12:45 a C-17 was taking off. Anyone for the serial of this one?
