The C-17A was 99-0063.
Thank you, B-537 could well be true since it was at KEF at the 28th of July. The C-17 has a red-yellow line in its tail so most probably it's from March. 03-3113 is a Mississippi ANG C-17 so don't think it is that one (uneless they swapped or something like that).

KEF Wednesday 18th November visitor,
Expect CNV6389 from LICZ. Almost certainly a C-40A.
As of the 18th/12:20z, C-40A 166695 is heading north near Lyon and could well be this flight.
This is now confirmed as being CNV6389.
