Does anyone have any info on Fallon based NSAWC F/A-18C coded 31?

It was noted by my dad at Pensacola NAS on 14 October.

I don't think it is 163718 in the database, unless that has been repainted from the blue camo scheme it wore in 2012?

Any help appreciated!

It was still 163718 as of October.
