According ADS-B data this should be C-130H 95-6710.

BFS Thursday 19th November visitor,

Expected,

'76-01016' 'C-12'? R761016 from EHEH to BIKF

As of 09:15z this C-12 is inbound over southern England and is 'visible' on FR24.
