The earlier info was that all these three ex-Kenya frames to be tested/refurbished ad painted in AMS and then ferried to IST. Yesterday (7th March) 5Y-KZX was ferried to IST under a KQ flight number, not TK!... Was this frame pained to TK colors before this delivery or will it be painted in IST? Any changes in cabin config other than the config when it was flying for KQ?

Unfortunately, only have done maintenance work on the Kenya birds, painting is taken place in IST.
