Mil spotting experiences in Spain?

Hi guys and girls,

I have a Spain trip coming up in May. Main goal will be the Tiger Meet at Zaragoza, but other airbases will also be on the list.
Does anyone have any recent militairy spotting experiences in Spain? How is the atmosphere nowadays? Is the police or Guardia making lots of problems or is it quite relaxed? Any insights and tips are more than welcome.

Destinations are the Madrid area bases as well as Albacete & Talavera la Real.

Albacete and Torrejon are allright if you stay (well) away from the fence. In both cases, it is not necessary to come close to the fence anyway.
