Maybe the Blackhawks are old, but the Scramble database is old too sometimes . 86-24557 is UT ArNG, 87-24640 is a Kansas example. According to Scramble database, these two old Blackhawks should belong to PR ArNG and AZ ArNG... are they enroute to or from the Gulf or Africa?
