View of the aft underbelly:

A Cityjet Avro RJ-85, registration EI-RJG performing flight WX-281 from London City,EN (UK) to Florence (Italy),
landed on Florence's runway 05 at 13:19L (12:19Z)
but touched down hard and struck its tail onto the runway surface.

The occurrence aircraft is still on the ground in Florence 10 days later.

As a quote in comments says:
If you can walk away from a landing, it's a good landing. If you use the airplane the next day, it's an outstanding landing.

So it was just a good landing, it seems.
