If its the Green aircraft parked next to the airforce base near the fire station then its

(cn 23350/623) This is the former 9V-JEB, which was dbr 17-12-2009 at SIN after an uncontained engine failure. It seems as though this frame has been converted into a fire trainer, but has yet to be put into use. Named "Green Phoenix" and also given a tail logo
