When we were waiting to depart by bus on Saturday (9th), around 18.45-19.00 lt, a warbird departed (it sounded like a Merlin-powered bird). Did anyone see what it was?

Hello Leonard.
Nice log, but you switch the codes from the French Alpha Jets and the French Rafales.

Is this serial confirmed? No serial was painted on this chopper. Or at least not visible...

Same spot as the Dutch Apaches, it was indeed ZJ226.
On Sunday the Police was G-TVHB as well.

Mirage 2000N 375 is 125-CL, not CI... look at pictures from its right side and you'll see it clearly. On the left side, the horizontal part of the L is barely visible, but it's there allright..

It WAS visible, but as difficult to read as on Dutch Apaches.. it took me some time to positively see it too.
