The P180 should be operated by 71 Gruppo 14 Stormo from neaby Practica di Mare.

Sure? 93 Gruppo operates two P180's that I know of, MM62286 and 87. They were hangared here as well.

I wasn't aware that any P180s were with the 93rd Gruppo. So they almost certainly are based at Ciampino.
