Does anyone have access to the radio frequencies for air refuelling across germany please and there names.

You might want to look here for AAR tracks.

Some suggestions:

Very common AAR Boomer freq for JoJo track is 306.400 (with Belgium AF)
Most commonly used AWACS & ESSO freq is 297.750 with 356.450 being used as well.
German AAR most common in my opinion is 314.350
