As the majority of people on this messageboard know
most missing aircraft inevitably turn up to have had an accident....

(has photo of burning debris at the impact scene on a hill).

Reportedly the left engine of this ATR 42-500 failed, continued descending towards Islamabad.
Both "black boxes" have been recovered, we will find out more about this accident in due time.
