After 6 days in Japan we made the short hop to South Korea on a Eastar B737 from Fukuoka to Seoul for EUR60.
Seoul is not widely known with western spotters but it does offer some nice airlines and is not inhospitable to spotters, as long as you do not go to near to the fences (or walls for that matter). Incheon is also a mayor freight hub in Asia.
We were a bit unlucky with the weather in the 4 days we were there there was only the monday with full sunshine. The Saturday was a complete loss for spotting but we enjoyed going to Seoul city.
Many thanks to our fellow spotter Ricoh Ahn who showed us around the city and helped us on Sunday with the spotting at Incheon and Gimpo.
Here is a impression of what can be photographed.
Our first day, Friday
We also tried the spot halfway up the mountan at the Paradise hotel, but you do need a long lens at this point.
