Anyone who knows more about this ? Or possible extra sale of gripens ...

The Swed AF still has two S100D in their inventory, so there might be an option these aircraft are intended for Thailand.

Isn't SAAB the owner of quite a few civil Saab 340's which are leased to airlines? Maybe some of those might be converted for Thailand?

The message is coming from Thai Air Force. The modifications will be probably done by the Thai firm Avia Satcom.
