Only other option would be to do it in May 2017 with much better weather

According to the SIS, LA and FL ANG Eagles will be deploying to Europe this spring. If spring 2017 is preponed to March these are the most likely candidates.

Not a rumour anymore, it has already been confirmed that 34th FS will come to Europe this summer.
