REQ: spotting at Casarsa della Delizia

hello,
planning to visit this Casarsa della Delizia Italian Army Helicopter base this summer, is spotting from outside the fence possible? pictures and/or serials?
maybe someone has an small airfield/spotting guide?

Use the railroad track (it's a bit higher) so you will be able to look over the concrete wall.

Go to the southwest corner of the airfield. From there walk along the railway.
