14feb2017 pics: Yak52 down in Belgium, pilot lightly injured

A tourist plane crashed on Tuesday morning at 11:45 in the industrial zone of Aublain located in the commune of Couvin. Apparently the engine stalled.

The craft, a YAK-52, took off from the Cerfontaine aerodrome.

is a well-known Belgian display pilot.
Reports seem to suggest his injuries are not life-threatening.

...the pilot is recovering from a broken leg now.
