It's a KC-130J, code 46-48. The letters 'MM' were clearly readable, but the digits of its MM were vague and faded. Code 46-48, however, nicely ties up with MM62183 from its mode-S squawk and with the subtype of Herc.

Parking is Mil East. ATA2300LT.

It did fly north, possibly for a photo sortie today. It's left Eindhoven again tonight.
