EHLW 29-03-2017

Post by patrick dirksen »

Hi all,

Just a quickie on the morning wave, in no particular order:
F-16 15101, 15104, 15110, 15115
EF.2000 30+98, 31+29, 31+30, 31+31, 31+34, 31+36, 31+39
Mirage 2000 653/3-AU, 671/3-XK, (677/3-JT)
F-15 80-0058, 83-0041/JZ, 83-0012/JZ, 85-0096, 85-0102/JZ, 86-0155, 86-0161, 86-0162
F-16 FA70, FA116, FA118, FA121, FA124, FA128
F-16 J-005 (312 sq), J-011 (312 sq), J-016 (312 sq), J-020 (322 sq), J-136 (nb), J-630 (nb), J-642 (nb)
F-16 (all 322 sq) J-002, J-009, J-135, J-144, J-509, J-516, J-632
Tornado (ZA369)/003, (ZA459)/025, (ZA554)/046, (ZG779)/136
Da.20 G-FRAU
And German EF.2000 30+33 was visible on the line.

During the afternoon wave Portuguese 15105 participated. Missing EF.2000 31+40 was put on the flightline in the afternoon (and probably flew as well), and all missing Eagles could be seen with some difficulty from the spotters hill as well in the afternoon (after the weather cleared a little bit....). Very happy with both special tails flying, and all needed serials seen. Glad to read there will be a Frisian Flag in 2018 after all! :-)

EDIT: the Eagle with serial 0041 was the one from FY 1983....
Cheers,

It's an Airbus H145, PH-OOP operated by ANWB-MAA for RAV Fryslan

The 2018 edition should indeed go ahead according to the base commander. Same for 2019. However, 2020 and 2021 editions maybe cancelled due to F-35 introduction.
Answers will be questioned.....

After listening to the recordings of Wednesday it seems that both H145's flew.

PH-HOW "PHHOW" made a short flight 1102lt-1107lt before leaving 11.14lt
PH-OOP "Medic01" had two medical flights (Terschelling-MCL/Vlieland-MCL) and departed 11.47lt and returned 14.53lt

Hi, it's already some time ago, but a friend asked wether I knew the serial of a Dutch Viper that was towed from North to South across the runway in the morning of the 29th. I didn't see it, but maybe somebody else did?
Cheers,
