The 69th Anniversary of the modern state of Israel was celebrated yesterday, 2 May, with open days and a flypast. Noted at Tel Nof AFB were:

149 M.346 102sqn with "Tiger2 tail

Also present was AH-64A 935 in skeletal form, brought from the local 2MU "matrix 9" upgrade line.

Nearby were a GIA F-15 and CH-53
