The b-1 left as Mighty 11, and refuelled overhead north Yorkshire is now back in the states,

Nope, not the one mentioned in the log. There were 2 B-1's at Ramstein.
Besides, his log is from 19:00 LT, MYTEE11 left in the morning (371.325 -> 337.850 -> 128.355 / {360.825} )

The 100ARW machine might be 61-0288 (Mode-s) / This one showed yesterday as QUID21 and I remember hearing that callsign on RS Freq.

EDIT: I messed up. QUID21 now back up again back to Mildenhall.
I mentioned 61-0267 earlier, but that one was flying as E10E2, also that one is logged today. (I heard this one inbound RS on 22nd).
Although I am not 100& sure, it seems mode-s wise E10E2 flew a mission yesterday out of Ramstein in the morning. So Quid21 seems to me the bird you have seen.
