I am getting old. Some nostalgy probably. Sorry.

The training for tomorrow's fly-by just took place. I was quite far away but noticed :
- 1 C-17 + 2 jets (Rafales or Jas-39 ?),
- 1 C-17 + 2 jets (")
- 2 F-16s
- 7 A-jets
- 1 E-3 Awacs.

Hiya,

Anyone able to advise me if an E-4 is on its way to BRU and if so, which one it is. 73-1676 is currently at Spangdahlem attached to the visit of Trump to BRU however, it could be that the SecDef is also flying around with one of them and he is supposed to be at the NATO meeting tomorrow. It could also be that he's using other metal and if that's the case so be it.

Thanks for your reply, rgds,
Chris

The last visits worldwide of the SecDef with an E-4 always comes together with a C-17 before, carrying the vehicles of the SecDef, and tonight there landed another C-17 at BRU.

BUT.....don't shoot the messenger :)

East to west, straight over the Nato hq.
I parked ay Tiendeschuurveld in Zaventem. From there you can walk into the fields. Go as far to the left as you can, and don,t go in the middle like i did, they will fly straight over you. There are a lot of cyclepaths overthere.
Good luck, Pieter
