Flightradar shows the aircraft departed June 24 as Air India 1 to an unlisted destination. Photos confirm Modi boarded a Boeing 747. VT-EVA is the aircraft commonly used by Modi for his travels.
Likely press in India will publish exact times of arrival as they did for the Lisbon visit.
Modi is expected to meet Rutte Tuesday afternoon.
