For 15-46009 yes, but one can't just assume the others. They will be reported often enough to confirm each FY.

When looking at the acquisition reports, FY2011 is used for 4 prototypes, 7 are acquired in FY2015 and 12 in FY2016.
So most likely 46005 to 46012 are FY2015, 46013 to 46024 FY2016 ....
