"The USS George H W Bush (CVN-77) comes to the Solent as part of her European and Middle East deployment. USS George H W Bush is the tenth and final Nimitz-class supercarrier of the United States Navy. She is named for the 41st President of the United States and former Director of Central Intelligence. Commissioned in January 2009, her home port is NS Norfolk, Virginia. Her length is 333 metres and carries 90 fixed wing aircraft and helicopters. We are running cruises out ot see this magnificent carrier which will be moored out in The Solent.

Adult: £10.00
Child: £5.00"

Site mentions 28, 29 and 30 July as dates, but the ship may arrive earlier and depart later of course.

I heard arrival was on the afternoon of the 26th and she will be here 5 days.

What will be the best spot on land to whatch this mighty ship?
