USMC MV-22 Osprey Crashes off Australian Coast 5aug17

A US Marines Corps MV-22 went down off the Queensland (Australia) coast
The US Marine Corps has confirmed a search-and-rescue operation is underway after an Osprey MV-22 crashed off the Queensland coast near Rockhampton.

Three people are reported to be missing, feared dead, while up to 20 people have been rescued, according to the Courier-Mail.

aircraft struck ship and impacted water on starboard quarter of the ship
