Event is backlit - was there a spotter's package involving getting on the south side of the field in previous editions?

In 2011 was the last spotters' package offer if I am correct. Not so in 2013 and 2015.

The entry is free of charge this year, but you must have a pre-ordered ticket.
When the airfield is full, access can be denied (so be on time)

6. Access to the Radom International Air Show 2017 Aircraft & Equipment Display Area is allowed after presenting the admission card which is available free of charge. In case if the number of visitors within the Display Area exceeds the permissible level, the organizer reserves the right to temporarily close the entrances to the airfield.

Free admission tickets for International Air Show 2017 in Radom are available from 1 August. On eBilet.pl internet portal.
On eBilet.pl from 1 August this year. You can download free electronic admission cards for self-printing or to save in pdf format on your mobile device.
Downloading the free admission ticket is straightforward with the acceptance of the Regulations of the International Air Show Air Show 2017 and the Regulations of the Radom-Sadków Airport.

Got my tickets with a few seconds after the request via ebilet.pl last week.
They indeed give a error today.

Seems you can leave your e-mail (rh side top) to inform you when the issue is solved

I e-mailed both the organisers and the ticket agent on Monday 14th. The organiser replied:
"Hi, Shortly speaking, look at our webpage, soon is change to have pass for the show." and the ticket company:
"All tickets have been downloaded. There are no tickets for this moment. If you subscribed to the fun alert you will receive a message when it is made available."
Hopefully some more are going to be made available soon.........

Anything known about the base(s) involved for the Flypast participants and what are the dates for their rehearsals?

Deblin for the C295, C130, TS11 and SW4.

Format should be more or less like Polish Army Day parade which was held August 15, refer:

Not sure if more rehearsals will be held, as some took place the days before the 15th.

Two years ago, all helicopters also flew from Deblin as well the M28's.

F16's from their homebase. SU22 and Mig 29 from Minsk

Rehearsels mostly the week before but sometimes only the commanders do the rehearsels

Deblin has a nice museum as well
