Req: airliner fuselage Willemstad Curacao

Post by frank kramer »

Long shot: when we were in a taxi bus in Willemstad today, we passed the fuselage of what looked like an old propellor driven airliner. The fuselage was white and had a blue tail. It was in the Koraalspecht area, possibly the Koraalspechtweg itself. Is there anyone who has more info?

Never mind.. found it already. It is the sad leftover of what was once Air Aruba NAMC YS-11A P4-YSA. It was to have become a roadside restaurant but that never happened. Google is my friend :-)
