Can't find this anywhere. Can you provide a link? Otherwise I'm taking my own bammetjes and cola with me.
That is about the spottersday (Kleine Brogel), I thought? That has already ended.

Bad weather I can put up with - but having to eat food I do not like ( if there is any food ) is a no-no, I will not be going.

Jack
Brought my own drinks and food. Security looked at it and I was allowed to keep it :D .

I think it's FX02, not 100% sure. The fuselage under the plastic is FX41,

Anyone more info about the 2? Italian Tornado's at Kleine Brogel during the spottersday on the 9th? Number and reason. One was visible through the fence at the other side of the runway and one (not the visible one for me) was doing engine tests in the morning. The commentator told it was an Italian Tornado doing the engine tests. Thanks in advance. Maarten

There was only one Italian Tornado present, MM7070/6-71. The one you saw was the same one that did the engine tests. It was part of the earlier deployment but came in with engine troubles (on thursday, if I remember correctly). All other Tornadoes left on Friday.

@AmericanSoldier: correct. ZJ810 remained on terra firma all day.

Hi Frank,

Thanks for the info on the Tornado, I missed it being towed etc that is why I thought there be more than one. Cheers,

any clue why it showed up but never flew? being an American I will never complain about a chance to see any European/Eastern Bloc aircraft, just curious why it was randomly there
