In the latest issue of Combat Aircraft you can read in the article about Colombian kfirs they are planning to participate in RF 2018-2 with 6 Aircraft and a tanker.

And in the 2 weeks before RF 2018-2 they will be stationed at Davis Monthan AFB.

To answer your query, Red Flag dates are as follows:
18-1: 26 Jan - 16 Feb
18-2: 9 - 23 Mar
18-3: 13 Jul - 3 Aug

Red Flag is the U.S. Air Force's premier air-to-air combat training exercise. Participants often include both United States and allied nations' combat air forces. The exercise provides aircrews the experience of multiple, intensive air combat sorties in the safety of a training environment.

Red Flag schedule for fiscal year 2018:

Red Flag 18-1: Jan. 26 to Feb. 16, 2018

Red Flag 18-2: March 9 to 23, 2018

Red Flag 18-3: July 13 to Aug. 3, 2018

Dates and units participating in Red Flag exercises are subject to change.

Based on last year, I'm not sure there will be heavy bombers on 18-2. What's your opinion on that ?
And do you think there will be F-15C or F-22 units added to that ?
