I'm looking for the BuNo's of the following hornets which can't be found via the scramble database.
EA-18G AG-515 VAQ-140
Anybody able to help? Thanks in advance

VAQ-140 carries modex numbers of 500-505. if you meant 505, that was 168252 in April.

On the 6th November, I had a visit at NAS Fallon and noted the following EA-18G's on the ramp who where from Carrier Group 9

AG-515 BuNo unknown.

Don't get me wrong here, I like seeing these logs, but please state what you have read off and what not...

For example, you took the BuNo for NAWDC 40 that Melchior gave you. Who said its still 163431 now?
Yes, it was with the unit as 40 before it went to depot in 2011 and was still seen in depot May2017.
Might indeed be back as 40, but can also be with another unit, or maybe still is in depot today, who knows?

There's more errors in your log, like NG213, its not 166420...
Please check your log, as likely many people will copy it, or use it in mags and that's how many databases get errors. There's too many in the Scramble DB already..

163717/31 should be 164236/31 which is already in your list.
Or were there also two 31's?

168866/AG301 should read NG301
166420/NG213 is actually 168484/NG213

One question for the last one in your list 161937/47, was this still in camo c/s in the storage line?

And as for your original questions:
AG515 is probably just a loaner, I would put my money on 168383, time will tell.
XE333 was 164716 in 2016 and was plain grey, might still be the same frame but I see 333 got painted in the special scheme now.
NJ520 is indeed 168766, ex NL520 VAQ-135..

Nothing yet on the new NAWDC 30 & 40, but I'm sure these will be known soon.
