Being able to see it would help ;-)

Pics not showing here.

I don't think there is a picture. A 'shot in the dark' is a turn of phrase, not a picture taken at night ;-)

Ah... need to wake indeed ;-) "Seen here" is what triggered me to expect a pic.

Sorry ;-)

On investigation it would appear it was an IL78 in grey colour scheme

Nice one thanks Mr Herkybird have just googled some pics of K-2666 and it seems it is a grey one after all.

Just for the record it seems that Czech Air Force C295 0454 is on detatchment here along with a King Air/C12(any ideas?) that are located at the western end of the field.

Luckily coincided with the Business for Africa conference which attracted a number of biz etc two of which were Egyptian Air Force Gulfstream 4s with no visible registrations!! Now that is a real test of someone's knowledge

All Indian Air Force Il-76s are nowadays painted in the grey overall scheme.
Next to that, the aircraft are in the process of being reregistered from the Kxxxx-series to the KIxxxx-series.

See the flightplan mentioned by Mr Herkybird, but I would first want to see visual confirmation of the "new" serial.
