The AH-64D is 74502, 3ATH(Metabaru).
It happend at about 16:30pm, 5 Feb, during the test flight after its maintenance.
The crash site is about 4km SW from JGSDF Metabaru.
The gunner was killed and the pilot is still "missing"(23:30pm, JST).

Sadly, I understand Japanese media is now reporting that both crew are confirmed as being killed in this crash.
