Conversion to begin KC-135R to WC-135 2019-2020

A proposal in the budget over the next few years to convert 3 KC-135R to WC-135 aircraft,since the current 2 aircraft are about out of service life,to start later in 2019.

The newest KC-135s are only about 5 years younger.. Any contemplated serials known yet?
