Beauvechain (EBBE) - 2018 MIL

Next Monday (5 February 2018), a huge Antonov AN-124 aircraft will land at Beauvechain Air Base in Belgium.

This cargo aircraft will transport two Defence NH-90 “Caiman” helicopters to Mali,
where they will be deployed as part of the United Nations “Munisma” to restore stability in the Sahel Region.

Apart from the rehearsal of the national defilé Bevekom also seems to expect some arrivals for the fly-past over the Nato HQ next wednesday.
Support for the two Romanian AF IAR330's is a C27J serial 2706. This C27J has an ETD out of EBBE/Beauvechain for LROP/ Bucharest of 14.30Z, so 16.30lcl i think.
At this moment the C27 is still at Namest in Czech where it arrived yesterday. Don't know if the IAR330's have departed Namest yet. They might fly together with the Czech Mi17??
Other potential, i repeat potential arrivals are CEF407, a czech Mi17 9799, and DAF3179 Merlin M-519.
