In this case i think callsign with ATC didn,t change. They only had an incorrect input in there Mode-s.
Dutch mill, or nowadays Amsterdam is (almost0 always asking aircraft to put the correct callsign in the mode-s box. Most others like London etc don't care about this.

Was clearly visible and hearable over Arnhem around 10pm. Now close to Saarbrücken and descending so I guess it is going into Ramstein for the night. Callsign according to ADS-B is RCH1007 by the way. Can these change en route?
Bas
Callsign didn't change, just a silly typo I'm afraid! Got a ADS-B screenshot on my phone from yesterday evening showing RCH1007
Ik weet niet of deze hier hoort....
Wat was die leuke tweedekker die vanmiddag door de SSB Zone vloog? Zo ongeveer over de radar heen. Kwam die alvast in de stemming komen voor augustus?

According to ADS-B, right now C-5 86-0014 has made a 180 turn north of norfolk and is returning towards mainland Europe after leaving Ramstein a short while ago. Anyone a clue for the turn around?

These two had a "strange" route, they crossed the Schiphol CTR from the east to Haarlem then did some circuits/orbits at Spaarndam/Spaarnwoude there after via Haarlem to the coast en then to the south...
