I heard from different websites that the RAC are bringing their latest Lockheed Martin F35b Lightning
for the flying display. Anyone heard anything about this as there's nothing in the RIAT site.

39 days to go, we need more flying rather than static planes!

Wondering as it's only 5 weeks till RIAT are most of the aircraft they're going to confirm be all static. Haven't seen any flying fighter jets for a while.

Yes indeed. It's only 4 weeks now so if these countries are participating they all take a long time to confirm to RAIT HQ. Or this message from months ago was a little premature. But, still 4 weeks so maybe some more really good news to come.

(Except for Canada of course)

Riat said they're forecasting a lightning aircraft yesterday . I presume it'll be a f35 b lightning. I'm not sure if this the same plane for the Heritage flight, that news was 4 months ago.

USAF Heritage Flight will involve an F-35A, presume we'll see confirmation of the RAF F-35B today!

For those hoping for 107th FS A-10s, they're returning to CONUS tomorrow sadly.

Hanks for that. Should be an awesome show.

Out of interest where did you get info that the RAF are doing a flight display with the F35B Lightning II as there's nothing on the RIAT site?

Is the USAF flight heritage team using just the 1 F35 A

I think they have to confirm earlier if they are doing flying display... Which hopefully they will be... Fingers crossed

No worries, glad it helped.

Was mentioned on the RIAT site, can't seem to find it now so removed from the list until it's confirmed.

USAF Heritage Flight will be an F-35A & P-51D Mustang!

Yes it is. The downside is, it has a civil registration these days...
