The Wildcats should have arrived a day earlier, but returned with an 180 degree turn around 15.00h local over Clarholz 6 km west Gütersloh due to unknown reasons (perhaps low on fuel or bad weather on flightroute). Presumably they made an overnight stop at Bückeburg.

Chinooks D-102 'Grizzly53' en D-106 'Viking2' hebben vanaf 16:30u. tot 21:15u geassisteerd bij een grote bosbrand in de Loonse en Drunense duinen.
