This plane is now at Kazan in Russia according https://russianplanes.net/reginfo/2356 and a new Cofa has been issued till 28.09.2019 as can be seen at http://www.ilyushin.org/en/airworthiness/ so looks like we can see it flying again

Here’s one special that visited Incheon earlier this month to carry Sam Smith’s AV equipments during his Asia tour. Surprise he didn’t charter KE or OZ cargo or even Silkway, but it was anyways a good move for us. Not everyday you see IL-62 in 2018 - with great sound of Soloviev D-30 engines.
