For those unable to read Dutch and German: The German AOC has been revoked, the Swiss has NOT.. There as an administrative (financial?) issue in Switzerland, but this has been solved following a courtroom judgement:

Privatair Germany states that the withdrawal of the German AOC was triggered by the Swiss action. As this was resolved they are expecting that the German LBA will also reinstate their AOC. This might take some time though, and it remains to be seen if Privatair has the financial strength to stay afloat in the meantime.
