Viewing photo’s on I phone

Does anyone know how to get photo’s as photo’s on a I phone instead of the word ‘ image ‘ to click on?
I do not have this problem on other forums

Do you log in to the forum or just watch it without logging in?
That could just make the difference. Also... give the images time to load.

I myself have no problems with this website's pictures... and that's on a iPhone4, so a new one should really have no problems

I think this is the issue.

For most mobile devices the forum automatically switch to the "mobile version". With this version of the forum, pictures are not automatically loaded, hence you see "image".

Some mobile browsers, like Google Chrome have the option to switch to the desktop version which automatically loads the pictures. I don't know how it works on other browsers but most likely they will have a similar option.

Hi,

I built this "feature" when mobile internet was slow, you payed for every single MB, and mobile screens were still tiny

But I guess the current team could remove it in today's world!
