Close call: aircraft lands at Asuncion Airport, Paraguay when staff is performing runway works

Moments later the situation almost leads to a disaster.

The men are filling a hole on the runway until suddenly a Gulfstream (400 or 450) approaches.

At ease, they are making way for the aircraft to land.

A screenshot of the video shows that the car is close to the aircraft’s flaps and right hand main landing gear.

According to the Dirección Nacional de Aeronáutica Civil (DINAC) the incident occurred already 4 to 5 years ago,
but the video just went viral.
