April 2019: Air Belgium again flying Charleroi-Hong Kong....

Post by Stratofreighter »

...old news to some perhaps...

Air Belgium intends to resume scheduled operations on 31 March 2019 with a thrice-weekly service between Brussels South Charleroi and Hong Kong.

Tickets are readily available on its website.
During the winter season, Air Belgium focussed on ACMI flights with its fleet of four A340-300s,
most notably for Air France and British Airways,
which sees some of its Boeing 787 Dreamliners grounded by Rolls-Royce Trent engine problems.

Currently, one of them is wet-leased to British Airways for London Heathrow-Dubai services,
and from 1 April 2019 for London Heathrow-Newark services.

What a surprise... Guess ACMI is more profitable.
