Negative, this is just a rumour being spread by a local newspaper in Indonesia. No plans to change the AMS schedule just yet (although you never know what happens in the future).

Good news: Garuda will stay at Schiphol with 6 flights per week. Plus: possible JKT-AMS-LHR-AMS-JKT rerouting, bringing back the opportunity to fly AMS-LHR-AMS on the 777!
