The spottersday on KB is scheduled on saturday September 14th. But that day no flying activities are planned at Sanicole. What can I expect on this day? A line at the parallel runway of some of the participating aircraft in covers?
Last time many aircraft flew from the north side and were not parked on the flightline. September 13th, friday is far more interesting but that is only for neigbours and students, looking for a job.... Im not looking for a job and dont live in the neighbourhood....
Can anyone shine a light on this? Why not combining both days on Friday?
I think youre focussing on the half empty glass instead of the half full glass for Saturday.
"In close cooperation with the Sanicole Airshow, a unique spotters event will be organized on Saturday September 14th, showing numerous aircraft and helicopters and giving you a splendid occasion to make the pictures you always have dreamed of."
We dutch tend not to believe anything thats said but i made some great shots at the spottersday.
There will be flying and there will be aircraft in covers and there will be aircraft without covers... and yes there will be aircraft bending of to the northside... but theer wil also be aircraft taxiing at an arms length in front of you...
Why not combining both days on Friday? is a questions you shouldnt ask here...
No panic, in 2017 there was enough flying activity. Trust the Belgian organisation, they will entertain you....

Add a Belgian and Dutch Spitfire, a Hurricane, Bf-109 Buchon and a Mustang for the Sunday display! I'm not sure if that's the same P-51 that flies on Friday. I suppose it is...
this list represents what is expected to be at KB? Or what is expected at Sanicole? I can imagine that some aircraft will operate from Sanicole or their home base.

this is what you should expect at Sanicole at least... the '?' means that it hasnt been confirmed yet by the Sanicole organisation but by the displays themselves... i have no idea what to expect at KB, i guess just all these guys static and or flying?
